RDO, the largest John Deere dealer in the United States, recently expanded into irrigation sales in the southwestern US market. Duke Joseph was hired to provide decision support through exhaustive research of the southern California and Arizona agricultural regions through store visits and extensive interviews with RDO management, staff and executives from large fruit growers and agriculture associations.
The primary work product was a comprehensive strategic marketing report that included actions and opportunities for growth.
